Druivenrassen: Vermentino di Sardegna 100%
Kleur: Zacht strogeel.
Aroma’s: Vermentino met karakter, met intense aroma’s van wit fruit en exotisch fruit. Daarnaast een mooie ziltigheid.
Smaak: Volle smaak die opvalt door zijn frisheid en structuur.
Food pairing: Heerlijk als aperitief maar ook erg goed bij verschillende visgerechten, denk aan zeebaars met zeekraal bijvoorbeeld.
Vinificatie: De druiven worden eind september met de hand geplukt, in kleine bakken verzameld en getransporteerd naar de azienda. De fermentatie vindt plaats in stalen tanks. Een flesrijping zorgt voor het beoogde resultaat, waar naar het pas verkocht mag worden.
