Kleur: Warm gouden kleur.
Aroma’s: De bergwijnstok bij uitstek, hij profiteert van de koele winden en de bijzondere blootstellingen die de valleien van Trentino kenmerken. Hij heeft een bouquet dat zich bijzonder uitdrukt, met toetsten van roos, specerijen, kruiden en tropisch fruit.
Smaak: De wijn is erg zacht en goed in evenwicht, met een aangename bittere en minerale afdronk.
Vinificatie: Korte koude maceratie van de druiven. Rijping in roestvrijstalen tanks in contact met de gisten tot het bottelen.
Food pairing: Onze suggestie is, om het te combineren met oosterse en fusiongerechten. Ook bij pittige gerechten zorgt hij voor aangename verrassingen.
Alcoholpercentage: 12,0%
Serveertemperatuur: 16-8 °C.
