Druivensoort: Sangiovese en Merlot
Kleur: robijn rode kleur
Aroma: In de neus typisch bloemig en rood-fruitige aroma’s
Smaak: een wijn die onmiddellijk opent met een versheid en fruitige tonen gevolgd door een aangename finale van zoethout
Foodpairing: Ideaal bij algemene Toscaanse specialiteiten als ham en salami, varkensvlees en kalfsvlees. Zachte, kortgerijpte kazen
Vinificatie: de druiven worden met de hand geplukt en fermentatie vindt plaats in stalen vaten onder gecontroleerde temperatuur. Rijping voor 50 % in roestvrijstalen vaten en 50% in houten vaten gedurende voor 8 maanden, gevolgd door minimaal 3 maanden rijping in de fles.
Alcoholpercentage: 13.5 % vol
Serveertemperatuur: 18 Gr. C.
