Aroma’s: In de neus vinden we tonen van honing , Lindebloesem , witte perzik en lichte hints van vanille en citrus.
Smaak: In de mond mooie zachte zuren en mooi in volume. Mooie hout tonen en een stevig karakter.
Food pairing: Goed te combineren met de Aziatische keuken maar ook zeer mooi bij verschillende risotto’s en gegrilde groenten en witvlees.
Vinificatie: Na het oogsten worden de druiven zacht geperst en ondergaan dan een fermentatie op cementen vaten en daarna volgt een rijping voor maarliefs 18 maanden in kleine barriques. En rijpt dan nog na voor 6 maanden in de fles voordat hij op de markt komt.
Rijping: In houten vaten voor 18 maanden en in de fles voor 6 maanden
Alcoholpercentage: 13,0%
Serveertemperatuur: 10-12° C
