Vinificatie: Fermentatie gaat zeer zorgvuldig en bij gecontroleerde temperatuur. Wanneer het alcoholgehalte 4° en een restsuikergehalte van 12% heeft bereikt, wordt er wijnalcohol toegevoegd om de gisting te stoppen en een alcoholgehalte van 16% te bereiken en de wijn mooi zacht zoet blijft.
